Isis appears in all of her glory - she is about to be taken through a processional by four strong men - it starts so beautifully, there are throngs of people there and all of the land and monuments are in immaculate condition
As they start to carry her, the color strips from the buildings and her devoted followers start to disappear - the buildings are stripped and the sadness of Isis is felt strongly
She them turns into a large kite and flies upward - as she seeks her temples, she weeps at their state of disrepair and lack of devotees present - the presence of armed men disturbs her as does the missing statues and scratched off prayers and evocations - she cries out for the return of her priests and priestesses
" My glory has been stripped" "The temples are empty" "What has become of my beloved Egypt?"
Other deities feel the same sadness and fear of what's to come
This left me very sad and darkened - I feel her anger, it is as sharp as Sekhemets teeth
I ask all to keep prayers going for Isis as well as the other deities whose temples are in shambles or lost in the sands - our love and devotion are gifts all the divine ones need - try creating a daily prayer of your own to show your love
