We preformed our last Dark Moon ceremony for 2018 in honor of Hekate. A great time to let go of what we no longer need as we head towards 2019.
As we began our prayers, Hekate's Lady felt the room changing. The energy was thick and pulsing. Hekate's Lady fell to the ground as Hekate began to speak:
"Faith is not a disguise. It is also not just a tool. It is sacred. If you want to be my daughter, you must fight, move forward, and know yourself. For as my power is mighty, it is also love. No one can take what is yours, especially your soul. I am here when darkness is surrounding you. I will not stand one-sided thoughts. I see all realms as you must see both sides and different points of view. I will remove your blindfold if you are willing to see the truth, even if it is ugly or scary.
Don't toy with me. Remember you are judged as you judge others unfairly. The narrow path leads to a dead end, Be brave and keep standing tall, Wisdom is given only to the strong."
Hekate's Lady described the oracle as "waves of powerful energy which whipped through her. No images or visions, just the power of the Goddess Hekate (which is overwhelming to us mortals). She came around within 10 minutes to complete the ceremony and to burn what was no longer needed into the womb of the Goddess, the cauldron.
